Full job description

Kelly Services is partnering with a leading manufacturing company who is looking to hire a Warehouse Associate in Norwood, MA.

  • Pay: $22

  • Shift: 2:30 - 10:30 pm

Responsibilities:

The Sorter is responsible for screening and visually inspecting coated wires during either the second or third shift. This role requires frequent handling and tactile assessment of wires to ensure quality standards are met.

  • Visually and physically inspect coated wires for defects or irregularities.

  • Sort wires according to established guidelines.

  • Accurately document inspection results and sort counts.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications:

  • 1 year of manufacturing or quality control setting

  • High attention to detail and ability to consistently spot imperfections.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working on either 2nd or 3rd shift.
