Job description
KVA is currently seeking Quality Assurance Technicians for our plant operations
specializing in relay panels and control houses.
Job Requirements:

Ability to follow procedure and adherence

Understanding of electrical circuits

Understanding of wiring diagrams

Ability to find errors in sequence of numbers and letters combined Ex: 1AD-C0491

Willingness to learn and listen to and follow instructions
Preferrable skills:

Knowledge of basic symbols Ex: resistors, Diodes, NO, NC, Ground

Experience with current injection

Experience with powering up relays

Knowledge of PLC
-
Experience with SEL, GE protection Relays
Other Requirements:
-
Ability to meet attendance requirements including being on time for work and having reliable transportation.

Work four 10-hour days with some occasional mandatory overtime.

Jobs require certain range of physical movement Ex: bending, kneeling, and standing.

Must pass a pre-employment criminal history check.

Must pass a DOT drug screen that goes back 30 days.

Holds a valid driver's license.
