Foreman

Core Experience

  • Experience in construction, foundation repair, waterproofing, or similar trades

  • Proven ability to lead or assist in leading a crew on job sites

  • Comfortable reading job specs, scopes of work, and basic construction drawings

  • Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and small equipment

  • Background in working in basements, crawlspaces, and confined environments

Technical Skills

  • Rough carpentry skills (framing, measuring, cutting, leveling, anchoring)

  • Ability to understand structural concepts (load paths, support, leveling)

  • Experience with excavation, concrete, or structural reinforcement is a plus

  • Ability to learn and install proprietary systems (Supportworks products, etc.)

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality installations

Leadership

  • Ability to manage, train, and hold crew members accountable

  • Strong job site organization and time management

  • Ability to problem-solve in the field and adjust plans as needed

  • Communicates clearly with homeowners, supervisors, and team members

  • Ensures job site cleanliness, safety, and professionalism at all times

What We’re Looking For in a Foreman: In this role, you will lead a crew specializing in Structural and Basement Waterproofing installations throughout Upstate NY. You’ll be responsible for supervising and coordinating daily job site operations to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
