Full job description
Job Purpose – To manage daily HR operations and statutory compliance while ensuring accurate employee data, documentation, and efficient use of HRMS systems. Responsibilities : • Execute and manage daily HR Operations tasks efficiently. • Maintain and monitor employee attendance and leave records. • Generate and issue employee confirmation letters and other HR-related letters through the HRMS system. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the system. • Handle statutory compliance activities, specifically related to PF, PT, and ESIC. • Address and resolve employee queries related to HR operations and statutory compliance. • Prepare and maintain monthly HR and compliance reports. • Verify employee documents and ensure data accuracy. • Support the payroll team with required data and coordination. • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely completion of all HR tasks. Desired candidate profile: • Strong knowledge of HR Operations and Statutory Compliance (PF, PT, ESIC). • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for reports and data management. • Experience working on HRMS or HR software for letter generation and employee data management. • Basic English communication skills — should be able to understand and respond to employee emails and queries. • Attention to detail, accuracy in work, and good coordination skills. • Ability to handle employee interactions professionally and patiently.
