Manufacturing Technician

Now Hiring: Manufacturing Technician (1st Shift)

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $17.50–$ 18.00/hour

Adecco is hiring a Manufacturing Technician for a manufacturing facility in Winchester, KY! If you have manufacturing experience and enjoy troubleshooting equipment, making machine adjustments, and working in a fast-paced environment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities:

• Perform machine changeovers, tool changes, and equipment setups

• Troubleshoot production and machining issues

• Make minor machine/program adjustments as needed

• Inspect tooling, gauges, and product quality

• Assist with process improvements and continuous improvement (Kaizen) activities

• Train and support production team members

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience (CNC experience preferred)

• Basic mechanical aptitude and computer skills

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements:

• Stand for up to 10 hours

• Lift up to 40 lbs.

• Frequent bending, squatting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements

Pay Details: $17.50 to $18.00 per hour
