One of Insight Global's largest healthcare clients is seeking an Associate Telecommunications Analyst to support and maintain enterprise telecom systems across multiple healthcare facilities. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of communication services, including VoIP, PBX, and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting telecom-related issues, supporting phone and voicemail systems, assisting with upgrades and implementations, and partnering with internal IT teams, vendors, and end users to resolve service concerns. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting enterprise telecommunications systems, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered

  • 2+ years of experience supporting telecommunications systems in an enterprise environment

  • Experience with VoIP technologies and telecommunications infrastructure

  • Experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM)

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities - Experience supporting telecommunications systems within a healthcare environment

  • Experience with Cisco telephony and collaboration technologies

  • Exposure to telecom implementations, upgrades, or project coordination efforts

  • Understanding of networking fundamentals and how they impact voice and telecom services
