Successful candidates bring 1-3 Years Cybersecurity. Important skills include Endpoint Security Tools, Cloud Security, Enterprise Implementations, Problem-Solving, Production Support, and Lead Initiatives. Preferred (not required): NIST Framework and ISO Framework.

Key Responsibilities
• Define and lead security strategy, roadmap, and architecture for endpoint, mobile, and cloud environments
• Evaluate vendors and establish security standards aligned with industry best practices
• Design and implement enterprise security solutions across corporate, retail, and cloud environments
• Oversee full solution lifecycle (design → deployment → validation) ensuring alignment with business needs
• Partner with IT and Security teams to embed secure architecture across initiatives
• Serve as SME and provide Tier 3 support, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis
• Identify risks and recommend improvements to enhance Ross’s security posture
Ensure solutions are properly acquired, configured, and integrated into ecosystem

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications
• 1-3 years in cybersecurity (endpoint, host, or cloud focus)
• Experience with endpoint security tools, cloud security, and enterprise implementations
• Strong problem-solving and production support experience
Ability to lead initiatives and influence cross-functional teams Nice to Have
• Retail or large enterprise environment experience
• Knowledge of NIST, ISO, or CIS frameworks
Certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP)
