Job Title: Operations Superintendent, 2nd /3rd Shift Split

Location: North Carolina (Northcentral)

Shift: 2nd /3rd Shift Split

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000

What's the Job?

  • Oversee daily operations during the 2nd and 3rd shifts, ensuring production targets are met efficiently and safely.

  • Coordinate with team members and management to optimize workflows and improve operational processes.

  • Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Lead, motivate, and develop shift teams to foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.

What's Needed?

  • Proven experience in manufacturing or operations management, preferably in a supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage diverse teams.

  • Ability to analyze data and utilize problem-solving techniques to enhance productivity.
