HVAC Service Technician

Location: Weymouth, MA

Pay: $25-$38/hour

What You'll Be Doing

  • Service, diagnose, and repair residential HVAC systems

  • Perform maintenance on air conditioners, furnaces, and boilers

  • Troubleshoot equipment and recommend the best solutions

  • Deliver a five-star customer experience

  • Complete service documentation in ServiceTitan

  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle

  • Follow safety standards and company best practices

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience

  • Experience working on AC systems, furnaces, and boilers

  • A customer-first attitude

  • Strong troubleshooting skills

  • A desire to continue learning and growing

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Basic plumbing knowledge

  • ServiceTitan experience
