Full job description
Adecco Permanent Recruitment is partnering with a manufacturing company in the Sikeston, MO area to hire a full-time Production Group Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
-
Lead and monitor key production operations across manufacturing processes
-
Ensure production meets quality, safety, and process specifications
-
Monitor product quality, chemical composition, and process performance
-
Coordinate metal/material requests and production inputs
-
Identify and address process deviations, defects, and equipment issues
-
Work closely with Maintenance to resolve equipment problems and minimize downtime
-
Complete production reports and document shift activities, deviations, and nonconformities
-
Support and guide production team members to maintain efficient operations
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent
-
2+ years of manufacturing experience
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
-
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
-
Ability to lead, communicate, and troubleshoot effectively
