Full job description

We have an Excellent career opportunity for anHVAC Technician to join a leading Company located inAtoka, TN, Memphis, TN, Humboldt, TN or Murfreesboro TN.

The HVAC Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires strong technical knowledge, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration, heating and air conditioning systems. Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of necessary equipment.

  • Collect payment and/or payment information from customers for work performed.

  • Keep company vehicles and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition.

  • Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required. Perform other duties as needed.

  • Communicate with co-workers, clients, vendors, and others in a courteous and professional manner .

  • Keep management informed of activities and notify of any significant problems.

  • Foster customer satisfaction through timely service delivery, effective issue resolution, and proactive communication with clients.

  • Leads in adherence to Code of Values.

  • Communicate the standards to all associates. Use problem-solving skills to deal with issues as they arise.

  • Ensure that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing other duties as needed.

  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures during each client visit.

  • Operate personal and company vehicles in accordance with Company policies and practices as well as motor vehicle laws.

Basic Hiring Criteria:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent, or relevant combination of education and experience.

  • 5 years of Experience in Residential HVAC & Refrigeration knowledge .

  • Must be insurable with a valid driver's license and clean driving record to drive a company vehicle.
