Position Description

Our partner employer is growing their team and are looking to hire a Quality Engineering (QE) Lead. You will lead the technical test effort and will coach junior resources. You will be responsible for maximizing test coverage and using business analysis techniques to optimize testing activities, as well as developing and executing test plans for ecosystem/program/large projects.
Essential Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
-
4 or more years of Quality Engineering experience
-
3 or more years hands on expertise in a variety of test automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Robot Framework, TestNG, Rest-assured, ReadyAPI, SOAPUI, Selenium) and script development using scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, SQL DB querying etc)

A degree/diploma in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related (technical) field
Desirable Skills

Experience in programming (e.g., Java, C, etc.) and source configuration tools (GIT, SVN, MKS, etc.)

Knowledge of LoadRunner, JMeter, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics
