🎯 How you will make an impact:

Design multi-agent coordination algorithms for collaborative UAV behavior
-
Develop decision-making and task allocation systems
-
Implement collision avoidance and mission planning logic
-
Build behavior trees / state machines / planners for autonomous missions

Integrate perception and sensor fusion outputs into actions

Develop simulation environments for large-scale autonomous testing

Improve automation workflows to reduce operator workload
-
Collaborate closely with AI, perception, and hardware teams
✅ What you need to be successful:
-
Strong software engineering skills (C++ required, Python highly useful)

Experience with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2 or similar)
-
Background in robotics, computer science, or AI-driven systems
-
Knowledge of planning and decision-making algorithms
-
Experience with autonomous robots or UAV systems
-
Comfortable performing hands-on testing and debugging in field environments, including challenging weather conditions and time-critical operational scenarios.

Ability to design scalable, maintainable software architectures
