📍 Charlotte, NC | 💼 $15 Hourly plus tips! | ⏰ Full-Time or Part-Time with weekends required

As a Skiptown Park Lead , you’ll be the go-to person during shifts to ensure everything in the park runs safely and smoothly. You’ll support Social (Park) Skippers, monitor dog play, keep the park clean and organized, and provide friendly, professional service to guests. What You’ll Do:

  • Support Social Skippers during shifts, assigning tasks and ensuring park standards are met

  • Monitor dog playgroups and confidently redirect or manage behavior when needed

  • Enforce park rules and safety guidelines consistently and fairly

  • Assist guests with questions about memberships, services, and upcoming events

  • Maintain park cleanliness, organization, and operational readiness throughout shifts

  • Document and report incidents, injuries, or behavioral concerns accurately

  • Communicate updates and on-shift needs to the Park Supervisor

  • Assist with special events, promotions, and park activities to create a fun, engaging atmosphere You Might Be a Perfect Fit If:

  • Knowledge of dog behavior and enrichment activities Musts & Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move for 8–10 hours per shift

  • Ability to safely lift and handle dogs up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
