Full job description

This position is located at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania. Incentives and Bonuses Incentives will not be paid. Resumes must be two pages (or less). Resumes should clearly demonstrate the applicant's relevant experience, skills, knowledge and abilities as they pertain to this position. A qualified candidate must possess the following: Experience or training that indicates sufficient knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of this position consistent with acceptable practices of the trade including but not limited to: 1. Must meet state/local age requirements at the time of appointment if serving alcoholic beverages. 2. Ability to work without more than normal supervision. 3. Ability to keep things neat, clean, and in order. 4. Possess basic food preparation and handling techniques. 5. Ability to interpret verbal and written instructions. 6. Knowledge of basic sanitation principles. 7. Ability to use and maintain kitchen tools and equipment. 8. Able to lift and move objects up to 45 pounds and frequently walk, bend, stoop, pull, push and reach .Experience must be reflected on Resume In a Snack Bar prepares a limited variety of short order fast food items such as hamburgers, hot dogs, fish and chicken sandwiches, pizzas, French fries, etc. Prepares/slices lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and other vegetables for sandwiches, salads, and pizzas. Removes perishable foods from the freezer for daily activities. Assures that tables/work surfaces are promptly cleared and cleaned. Cleans other work areas to include walls, floors, equipment, and storage areas. Takes delivery of supplies and ensures proper storage of shipments after delivery. Accepts food orders from patrons and serves alcoholic beverages. Coordinates food and beverage needs for special events, not limited to preparing and serving food and cleaning work areas. Performs other duties as assigned.
