Aspirus Health in WAUSAU, WI is seeking a PRESIDENT- ASPIRUS NETWORK, INC to join our ASPIRUS NETWORK, INC team!

At the direction of the ANI Board, the President - ANI serves as the senior executive leader responsible for the strategic direction, operational performance, growth, and value-based care success of the network. This executive partners closely with physicians, APCs, health system leadership, payer organizations, and community stakeholders to advance clinical integration, improve quality outcomes, and enhance patient experience across the continuum of care.

The President assists in the development and execution of population health strategies, physician engagement initiatives, payer contracting efforts, and network performance programs that position the Clinically Integrated Network as a high performing, value-drive organization. This position will also lead, manage, and coach ANI staff, as applicable.

Experience/Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare standards and practices normally acquired through completion of a Master’s Degree in a health-related field.

• Minimum of ten years’ leadership experience of a progressive nature. Health plan network and multi-site ambulatory/medical group experience strongly preferred.

• A minimum of five years’ health plan experience. Population health management experience with experience in managed care contracting and medical staff relations preferred.

• Demonstrates strong leadership capabilities with proven ability to make tough decisions, as well as the ability to influence and energize staff and ANI provider members and entities.

• Possesses excellent interpersonal skills including written and verbal communication skills.

• Possesses excellent internal management skills evidenced by exercising a high degree of initiative, judgment, discretion, organization, and time management.

• Possesses a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the managed care environment/conditions/trends, value-based payer contracts, health insurance industry, provider networks and associated legal issues.

• Possesses a strong understanding of finance and health care reimbursement.

• Possesses strong analytical and presentation skills.

• Functions well under pressure and is an expert at managing multiple priorities.

• Annual competencies as required by Aspirus and/or various regulatory agencies based on entity and/or job position.
