As a Security Officer Lobby Reception - Evenings in West Jefferson, OH , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Our Front Desk Officers at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location serve as the first point of contact, welcoming visitors, managing access, supporting badge and sign-in procedures, and responding to security-related concerns with professionalism and care. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures and front desk responsibilities at a manufacturing and industrial location.

• Monitor access to the location by greeting guests, verifying credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and/or communicating with site contacts before entry.

• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting security-related concerns.

• Answer phones, manage inquiries, and/or support badge and key control processes while helping to follow site protocols for deliveries, pickups, and scheduled appointments.

• Complete required reports, maintain accurate records of front desk activity, and/or observe lobby and entry areas for issues that may require a security-related response.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
