Senior Engineer- C#/C++
The Opportunity
We have an outstanding career opportunity for Senior Engineer- C#/C++ at Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune locations. As a Senior Engineer on the Server Team, you will develop and enhance mission-critical server components that process large-scale enterprise backup, recovery, and cyber resilience workloads. You'll collaborate with globally distributed engineering teams to deliver highly scalable, reliable, and high-performance software.
What you’ll do…

Design, develop, and maintain core server-side components.

Build scalable, high-performance enterprise software.

Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.

Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.

Debug complex production issues and improve system performance.

Collaborate with Product Management, QA, DevOps, and cross-functional engineering teams.

Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews.
-
Drive innovation while maintaining product quality and reliability.

Follow the Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) by incorporating security throughout the software development process.
Who you are…

Bachelor's degree required.
-
4 or more years of software development experience
-
Strong experience in C++, C#, Object oriented design, Dotnet.

Good knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows/Linux), Multithreading and concurrency, Data structures and algorithms, Networking concepts, Distributed systems.

Experience with debugging and performance optimization.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
-
Excellent communication skills.
-
Ability to work in Agile development environments.
-
Security and SaaS experience strongly preferred.
