Employment Type: W2 Contract
Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week
Contract Length: 40 Weeks
Start Date: September 10, 2026

Compensation
Hourly Rate: $75.00
Estimated Total Contract Earnings: $112,500.00
Key Details
School-based BCBA opportunity primarily responsible for supervising 6 RBTs across a small district. This role supports students throughout multiple school sites and collaborates with educational teams to provide behavioral consultation and intervention services.
Minimum Requirements

Current BCBA certification through the BACB

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field

School-based behavioral services experience preferred

Minimum one (1) year of pediatric experience preferred

Current CPR certification, health clearance, and TB documentation (if required)

Must comply with all professional standards and applicable federal, state, and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
