Full job description

A full-time Customer Support Specialist position is available with Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

This position is a good fit for someone who is interested in supporting people who are living with autism, developmental disabilities, or traumatic brain injury.

Role description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a call center team which fields phone calls from individuals who are seeking health and human services for themselves or a family member.

The downstream impact of your work will enable people to receive necessary home and community based services so they may live as independently as possible and achieve their personal goals.

Responsibilities

  • Speaking with individuals over the phone

  • Scheduling appointments

  • Providing information

  • Answering questions

  • Documenting in computer systems

Schedule and work setting

  • You will work Monday through Friday during daytime hours

  • You will work in person at Liberty Healthcare’s office located at 8850 Emerald Street, Suite 164 in Boise, ID 83704

Pay and benefits

  • Starting hourly pay between $18.00 and $20.00 (depending on qualifications)

  • 30 days off annually for holidays, vacation, personal and sick leave

Qualifications

You must have experience supporting people who are living with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, or traumatic brain injury.

Experience may be professional, through volunteering, or in support of family member or friend.

You should have outstanding verbal communication and solid computer skills.
