Purpose of the jobThe key objective of this role is to develop and grow new business following new leads, to achieve targets for order intake and associated services. To prospect and develop new customers, capture requirements and coordinate the preparation of proposals and quotations.

Identify, engage and fulfil opportunities selling the full range of our client’s equipment.

Develop and maintain relationships.

Business development of new customer’s in Germany

Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and maintain accurate CRM data

Develop customer and sector sales plans
Requirements
-
BA in business, engineering, or a related field
-
Experience Selling Temperature controlled packaging
-
Ability to work independently and creatively and as part of a team in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.

Excellent ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships including strong communication and negotiation skills.

A driven self-starter

Enjoys the challenge of winning new business
