Village of Lodi
Lineworker
The Village of Lodi is seeking applicants for the position of Lineworker in the electric utility department. The Village of Lodi electric system consists of 69-kV transmission and 4-kV and 12-kV distribution voltages. The Lineworker’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintenance and construction of all village-owned system facilities. This work includes rotating on call for emergencies during evening and weekend hours. Applicants must have proven electrical experience, with lineworker experience being a plus. Lineworker experience includes overhead and underground distribution systems, ability to climb utility poles, a valid CDL or the ability to obtain one in three months, and a high school diploma or GED. The Village provides an excellent benefit/compensation package that includes dental, health and life insurance, paid time off, and a retirement plan. The pay range is from $28.83-$35.65 per hour and is based on experience.
