- Provide architectural guidance across Cisco's technology portfolio and build trusted relationships with customers.
- Design and present innovative solutions that address customer requirements and desired outcomes.
- Work closely with Cisco teams, partners, and customer success resources to support successful adoption of solutions.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and customer needs.
- Continuously develop your technical, consultative, and communication skills through ongoing learning and professional growth opportunities.
Minimum Qualifications

- Experience working with Cisco solutions or comparable technologies.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to simplify technical concepts and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent certifications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the Education or Government sectors.
- Curiosity and a passion for learning new technologies and industry trends.
- A consultative and customer-first approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownership of outcomes.
