Robotic Welder Operator- Full Benefits - Will pay up to $30/hr starting

We are hiring a Robotic Welder Operator to join our growing team. If you have MIG welding experience, can read blueprints, and enjoy working with steel fabrication, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a clean, production-focused environment.
In this role, you will operate and set up robotic welding equipment used to manufacture bulk storage tanks and other metal components. We are looking for dependable individuals who take pride in quality work and maintaining a safe work environment.
What You'll Do

Operate and set up robotic welding equipment

Perform MIG welding on carbon steel and stainless steel

Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings

Cut, fit, and prepare metal components for welding

Perform tack welding, spot welding, and sub arc welding as needed

Grind and finish welded parts to quality standards

Use fabrication equipment, grinders, bead blasting, and Timesaver machines

Inspect completed work for accuracy and quality

Follow safety procedures and production schedules

Move and handle materials weighing up to 75 lbs
What We're Looking For

Experience with MIG welding

Experience operating or setting up robotic welding equipment preferred

Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings

Fabrication experience with steel or stainless steel

Strong attention to detail and quality

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with spot welding, tack welding, or sub arc welding

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Belle Plaine, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
