Quality Inspector

We are seeking a Quality Inspector for our client on a contract hire basis. Our client is an Aerospace manufacturing company. They provide customers with support by manufacturing their engineered parts requirements. The right candidate ensures all parts meet strict engineering specifications and regulatory standards. They perform detailed inspections using precision tools and maintain compliance documentation. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity based out of Corona, CA. Monday – Friday 700 AM - 3:30 PM

Qualifications:

  • Blueprint reading and GD&T skills

  • Knows aerospace manufacturing environment under AS9100 quality system

  • Uses Calipers and Micrometers. CMM and CAD background is a PLUS

  • Measures and records measurements results on Router and AS9102 reports

  • Maintains quality standards by approving incoming goods, in-process production, and finished products

  • Microsoft, Excel, Outlook, Windows, Word

  • 5 experience with the above qualifications

Job Duties:

  • Perform detailed inspections of aerospace components and assemblies to ensure compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and industry standards.

  • Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges, CMM) to verify dimensions and tolerances.

  • Document inspection results accurately in quality reports and maintain records in accordance with AS9100 and customer requirements.

  • Identify and report non-conformances, working closely with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

  • Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards
