What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate haul trucks to transport raw materials within the plant site

  • Perform pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment safety

  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and plant personnel

  • Follow site safety procedures and traffic regulations

  • Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment

What Are We Looking For

  • Ability to safely operate heavy equipment in a production environment

  • Strong awareness of surroundings and commitment to safety

  • Effective communication and teamwork skills

  • Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to changing conditions

  • Basic mechanical understanding and attention to operational details

Conditions of Employment

  • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

  • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

  • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
