Our client, a building automation and HVAC solutions organization, is seeking a HVAC Controls Engineer to join their team. As a HVAC Controls Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering team supporting project and operations teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: HVAC Controls Engineer
Location: Lynnfield, MA
Pay rate: $45.93/hr.
What’s the Job?

Design and engineer HVAC control systems for commercial building applications.

Develop Building Automation System (BAS) solutions focused on HVAC controls.

Support multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and performance standards.

Collaborate with project teams, technicians, and stakeholders on controls engineering initiatives.

Perform a combination of field/site work and office-based engineering activities.
What’s Needed?

Minimum of 3 years of HVAC controls engineering experience.

Commercial HVAC experience with large buildings and centralized systems.

Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience focused on HVAC applications.

Controls system design and engineering experience.

Ability to work effectively in both field and office environments.
