  • Follow detailed test setup instructions to ensure accurate and repeatable testing.

  • Install sensors, instrumentation, and harnessing on battery packs and test fixtures.

  • Document test results with clear, detailed notes, photos, and reports.

  • Work closely with engineers and safety teams to execute testing protocols safely and effectively.

  • Maintain a clean and organized test lab, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.

  • Assist in data collection and analysis to support battery performance and safety evaluations.

  • Follow strict high-voltage safety protocols to ensure personal and team safety during all test procedures.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve testing processes. Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience working with high-voltage systems, battery modules, or power electronics is highly preferred.

  • Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, disassembly, and electrical harnessing.

  • Strong understanding of safety procedures and PPE requirements when working with hazardous materials and high-voltage environments.

  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings, schematics, and written test procedures.

  • Strong organizational and documentation skills to accurately record test results.

  • Willingness to work in a lab/testing environment, with exposure to thermal and mechanical stress testing conditions.

  • Experience with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other electrical testing equipment is a plus.

  • Prior experience in battery testing, automotive, aerospace, or energy storage industries is a plus Physical requirements:

  • Ability to lift and work with hand tools for extended periods. Working conditions:

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with shifting priorities. The position is full-time. Compensation will be commensurate with experience.
