Full job description

Manage the service delivery of 80+ team on day-to-day basis, within defined budgets and in accordance with relevant Service Level Agreements and quality standards

Ensure process compliance with Group Business Process Model
-
Ensure processes and operating procedures are clearly defined, documented and up-to-date
-
Monitor the performance of staff against agreed objectives, taking improvement actions where appropriate
-
Design and implement continuous improvement culture within the Department to realize business objectives and deliver cost efficient and effective process
-
Implement internal control framework for processes in scope

Provide Senior Management with regular performance reports

Be "face to the customer“ and manage relations with European Eurofins entities
-
Create friendly working environment which will attract and retail Talents

Support the Transition projects

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in managing large teams, preferably in BPO/SSC environment
-
Strong financial domain knowledge (PtP, OtC or General Accounting and Reporting)

Experience in managing performance against Service Level Agreements

Experience in managing relation with customers (internal or external)

Openness for changes
-
Ability to work and adopt to dynamic environment

Master Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or equivalent

Fluent English (written and spoken)

High level of energy, drive and passion

Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills
