Machine Operator I – Injection Molding Operator

Temp-to-Hire | $18.75/Hour | 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM Baldwin Park

We are hiring Machine Operators for a manufacturing company producing small plastic components used in medical products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate injection molding and assembly equipment; training is provided

  • Collect and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards

  • Assemble and package small plastic parts

  • Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production guidelines

  • Perform basic computer data entry

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area

  • Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

  • Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods

Qualifications

  • Manufacturing, assembly, or injection molding experience preferred but not required

  • Basic computer skills

  • Strong attention to detail and reliability

  • Good hand coordination for handling small plastic parts

  • Comfortable with repetitive work and packaging

  • Ability to stand for extended periods

  • Must be willing to work the assigned overnight shift

  • Must be willing to work overtime as needed

  • Must be comfortable working with small plastic components
