Full job description

Our client seeking an Assembler I 2nd shift to join their team. As an Assembler I 2nd shift, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, teamwork skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Assembler I 2nd shift

Location: Marinette, WI

Pay Range: $20.20

Shift: 2nd shift, 3:30 pm - 1:45 am, Monday through Thursday

What's the Job?

  • Perform assembly operations to produce commercial indoor air handling units

  • Install parts according to manuals, instructions, and documentation

  • Utilize powered tools such as air guns, radial drills, and cutoff saws for fabrication

  • Complete layouts for header panels and cut holes as required

  • Operate overhead cranes to move subassemblies into place and ensure quality standards are met

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or GED, or related experience/training

  • Ability to read and understand instructions, safety rules, and manuals

  • Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

  • Ability to apply common sense and problem-solving skills in a manufacturing environment

  • Forklift license is preferred but not required
