Job Description

This position supports the mission of Methodist Senior Services by helping oversee the daily operations of Serving Grace Resale Shop. This position assists with store operations, customer service, merchandising, donation processing, volunteer supervision, and sales activities while helping create a welcoming and mission-focused shopping experience.

Sample Work Schedule:

• Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.

• Friday 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

• and the second Saturday of each month from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

NOTE: Schedule subject to change-MUST BE FLEXIBLE.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Retail, customer service, cashiering, or nonprofit resale experience preferred

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions when operating the store alone

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers, donors, and customers

• Passion for serving older adults and supporting Methodist Senior Services' mission and values Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
