About the role

The Senior Global Compensation Specialist designs, implements, and administers international compensation programs and policies across APAC, EMEA, and the US. This role drives annual salary cycles, conducts market benchmarking, and provides expert consultation to HR partners and business leaders to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices aligned with corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deep expertise in total rewards, including cash, equity, benefits, incentive allowances with a comprehensive understanding of how diverse pay components strategically drive business goals and talent motivation

  • Execute complex compensation analyses and build dashboards (e.g., Talent ROI) to inform pay decisions and retention strategies.

  • Manage global salary survey participation and benchmarking (e.g., Mercer, WTW, Radford) to maintain market competitiveness. Familiar with survey companies methodology and job architectures.

  • Act as a key contributor in annual salary and bonus review cycles, including project management, data validation, and communications.

  • Support the design, modeling, and administration of Short-Term (STI) and Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs.

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to provide data-driven recommendations on off-cycle adjustments and compensation strategies.

  • Optimize current compensation policies to drive business growth and enhance talent motivation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience in a multinational environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with HRIS and data visualization platforms (e.g., Workday, HiBob, Power BI, Tableau, Looker). Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to automate reporting, improve data accuracy, generate workforce insights, and enhance HR operational effectiveness.

  • Strong background in job evaluation, salary structure design, and incentive plan administration.

  • Exceptional analytical, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.

  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving capabilities to address complex organizational compensation challenges.
