Full job description
The Ocean County Utilities Authority, a public wastewater treatment facility consisting of three treatment plants and 40 pumping stations, is presently seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. The position is located in Brick, NJ.
The candidate must have completed a formal Apprentice Program and have five years' experience in the repair and maintenance of large complex machinery and equipment similar to that used in wastewater treatment facilities, possess a basic knowledge of rigging and millwork, and be able to work from equipment manuals and schematics. More than eight years Industrial Maintenance Mechanic experience may be considered in lieu of a formal Apprenticeship Program.
