Job Title: CDL Driver – Heber Springs, AR
Starting Pay: $21.00/hour | Weekly Pay
Schedule: Monday–Friday | Start Time: 5:30 AM | 10+ Hour Days | 50 hours a week
About the Role:
Waste Connections is looking to hire a dependable and safety-focused CDL Driver to join our team in Heber Springs, AR.
In this role, you’ll operate a Rearload Garbage Truck, servicing customers by collecting solid waste and transporting it to a local transfer station or landfill. This is a physically demanding position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions. If you’re a team player who takes pride in doing the job right and staying safe on the road, we want to talk to you.
What You’ll Do:

Safely operate a garbage truck on assigned residential or commercial routes

Collect solid waste and transport loads to the designated disposal facility

Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections of your vehicle

Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and teammates

Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety standards
Requirements:

Valid Class A or B CDL
-
Clean driving record
-
2+ years of CDL driving experience
