Enviro-Clean Services is seeking an experienced Facilities Janitorial Manager to oversee operations at an educational campus in Downtown Grand Rapids area.
This position is responsible for supervising onsite staff, ensuring quality and compliance, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting daily operations across multiple buildings.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily custodial operations across a multi-building campus

Lead, train, and support onsite supervisors and frontline staff

Conduct regular inspections and proactively address quality concerns

Manage staffing, scheduling, and coverage
-
Ensure safety, security, and compliance standards are followed

Act as the primary point of contact for onsite leadership

Maintain documentation, inspections, and reporting
Qualifications:
-
Prior facilities, custodial, or operations management experience
-
Strong leadership and communication skills
-
Experience in healthcare, education, or large facilities preferred
-
Ability to work flexible hours as needed

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Bilingual candidates preferred
