Family Medicine – Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate

Northern Light A.R. Gould Hospital seeks the full-time employment of an experienced, BC/BE Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate to join our outpatient Primary Care practice in the charming community of Caribou, Maine.

Position Highlights:

  • M-F schedule with no call requirements

  • Hospital-employed position

  • Exceptional leadership support at the local and system level

  • 24/7 Hospitalist team available for all admissions

Compensation Information:

  • $119,500 - $127,450 annual base salary with the ability to earn additional compensation based on productivity and quality incentives.

  • The compensation range listed reflects the range Northern Light Health anticipates relying on in setting the wages for the position. The range may not necessarily include all additional compensation elements available, including but not limited to call pay, leadership stipends, etc.
