Job Description Marketing Intern Role Overview We are looking for an adaptable, organised General Marketing Intern to support day-to-day marketing operations and cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you will act as a central hub for incoming internal requests—working through our new request-tracking system—and gain hands-on experience across design support, email campaigns, and multi-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Request Management: Process, track, and help execute marketing requests coming from various teams using our new workflow management system.

Design Support: Assist in creating and tweaking visual assets, presentations, and digital media using basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

Email Marketing: Help draft, format, and schedule email communications and marketing newsletters.

Campaign & Stakeholder Support: Provide general support for active marketing campaigns and manage day-to-day requests from internal stakeholders.

Daily Marketing Operations: Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and keeping marketing assets organized.
Requirements

Experience: 0–6 months of experience or educational background in marketing, communications, or business management.

Visa Requirement: Must currently be on an existing valid visa (e.g., student visa, spouse/family visa, or self-sponsored).

Skills: Good written communication, basic familiarity with design and email tools, and strong attention to detail.

Attributes: Highly organized, process-minded, eagerness to learn diverse marketing functions, and comfortable managing multiple small tasks.
