Full job description

Amergis Staffing is currently seeking Preschool Aides with 6 ECE units to assist students in a classroom setting within the Orange County region. These positions do begin mid August 2026 when schools return!

We do have ongoing, Monday - Friday positions as well as on-call positions if you do not have Monday - Friday availability.

As a Early Childhood Aide you will play a vital role in supporting the lead teacher in creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children. You will assist in implementing age-appropriate curriculum, supervising activities, and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children.

Requirements:

  • 6+ units of Early Childhood Education (ECE) (required)

  • College credits (required)

  • High school diploma (required)

  • Comfortable with toilet/diapering (required)

  • Previous experience working with young children is preferred

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children

  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

  • Pay Rate: $20 - $22 / hour DOE

  • Weekends and Holidays off!
