Dart’s paper plate Center of Excellence is ramping up production, and we’re hiring Machine Operators to help us build a strong, high-performing operation. This is your chance to join early, get trained on the equipment, and grow alongside the facility.

Schedule:
This role follows a 2-2-3 schedule with 12-hour shifts that require prolonged periods of standing and active movement. Candidates with prior experience working comparable extended-shift schedules will be strongly preferred.
Available shifts include:

7:00 pm - 7:00 am (includes $2/hour shift premium)

7:00 am - 7:00 pm

What you’ll do…

Operate and monitor high-speed equipment
-
Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machines
-
Perform quality checks and basic maintenance
-
Log production data and follow safety/GMP procedures

Use SAP and on-machine computer/tablet systems to:

Document machine performance
-
Log downtime, issues, and production updates
-
Input and track real-time operational data
What you’ll need…
-
Level I: Entry-level; basic mechanical aptitude and math skills
-
Level II: 2+ years of experience or technical training
-
Level III: 3+ years of experience with specialized machinery (e.g., thermoforming, injection molding)

All Levels:
-
Basic computer and typing skills required (experience using tablets, production systems, or data entry strongly preferred)

Ability to accurately document machine activity and issues in real time
