Job Summary: To perform a wide variety of Speech Therapy evaluations and procedures in the care and treatment of patients
Qualifications: Master’s degree from a recognized college or university majoring in Speech Pathology. North Carolina state license required. At least one year of speech therapy experience is required. Considerable knowledge of speech and swallowing terminology, procedures, and techniques. Thorough skill and clinical judgement in performing speech therapy procedures, including bedside swallow evaluations and treatment. Demonstrates effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams that aligns with CaroMont’s cultural values. Commitment to providing highly reliable, high quality, safe and compassionate care with a passion for continuous growth and providing an excellent patient experience. BLS Certification required.
