Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automation Equipment Main Operator/Heat Sinks to join our manufacturing team.
Job Summary
The Automation Equipment Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and supporting automated production lines to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This role includes basic troubleshooting, quality checks, and adherence to safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automated production equipment and machinery
Perform production tasks according to production plans and schedules
Conduct first-level response to equipment alarms or malfunctions and report issues promptly
Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety regulations
Perform basic quality inspections and ensure product standards are met
Record production data, equipment status, and operational logs
Support continuous improvement initiatives and teamwork
Maintain 5S, safety, and environmental compliance on the production floor
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in manufacturing or automated production environments preferred
Basic mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Legal authorization to work in the United States
Ability to lift 77 lbs. repetitively
Must be able to work both days and nights and up to 12 hours
Preferred Qualifications Experience with automated equipment, robotics, PLCs, or conveyor systems
Manufacturing experience (automotive, electronics, battery, semiconductor, etc.)
Basic troubleshooting or maintenance experience
Forklift or equipment operation certification
Basic English communication skills for reporting and collaboration
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform repetitive tasks
Work in a manufacturing environment with noise, machinery, and industrial conditions
