What You'll Be Doing
-
Operate roof bolting and drilling equipment to support safe underground quarry operations

Install roof support systems according to mine plans, safety standards, and procedures

Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly

Work closely with the production team to support safe, efficient material extraction

Follow all safety, environmental, and operational guidelines at all times
What Are We Looking For

Demonstrated capability to safely operate drilling and roof bolting equipment in an underground environment

Strong commitment to workplace safety and hazard awareness

Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify equipment issues

Ability to read and follow mine plans, procedures, and safety requirements

Dependable team‑oriented individual with effective communication skills
Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
What We Offer

$28.76 per hour plus an additional $0.50 per hour underground rate

$2,000 Sign-On Bonus paid out in two installments (6 months and 1 year)
