Job Description:
-
Selects applicant for interview and hire and assures appropriate orientation.

Assists in capital budgeting; may be required to produce a cost benefit analysis to justify requested equipment.

Maintains staffing and scheduling, resource utilization, and supply management within budgeted targets for the assigned departments.
-
Develops, analyzes, and interprets department-based budgeting.
-
Understands the broad impact of reimbursement on the delivery of patient care services, including Medicare, Managed care, Medicaid, and third party providers.
-
Assures workplace safety for the employees and demonstrates knowledge of regulatory requirements for workplace safety.
-
Uses basic computer skills such as word processing, data management, email, and the internet to access evidence based information.
-
Appropriately integrates technology into the day-to-day care of the patient and leverage technology to improve patient care outcomes.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- Bachelor's [Required]
Field of Study:
- in Business Administration or Healthcare related field
Work Experience:

2+ clinical experience within a cardiovascular procedural setting [Required]

2+ experience in a progressive leadership role [Required]

Prior management experience [Required]
Licenses and Certifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) [Required] OR Registered Radiology Assistant (RRA(ARRT)) [Required] OR State Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) [Required] OR NBRC Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) [Required]

Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) [Preferred]

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) [required]

Pay Range:
$96,266.14 - $179,045.63
