  • Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

  • Pursuing a technical degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering or a quality related discipline(graduation date of 2026 - 2028)

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Strong presentation preparation skills

  • Excellent skills in data collection and analysis to identify systemic issues

  • Experience in root cause and corrective action

  • Familiar with tools such as DMAIC, 8D, 5-Whys, Six-Sigma, etc
