Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills

Pursuing a technical degree in aerospace engineering, manufacturing engineering or a quality related discipline(graduation date of 2026 - 2028)

Proficiency in MS Office

Strong presentation preparation skills

Excellent skills in data collection and analysis to identify systemic issues

Experience in root cause and corrective action

Familiar with tools such as DMAIC, 8D, 5-Whys, Six-Sigma, etc
