Full job description

Join our dedicated team as a School Psychologist, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting student success through an integrated network of services. Your expertise will enhance students' social and psychological well-being, fostering an environment that promotes personal growth and learning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a vital link between home, school, and community resources.

  • Collaborate with educators and families to address emotional and behavioral challenges.

  • Conduct assessments to identify student strengths and needs.

  • Provide counseling and develop strategies to support student adjustment and learning.

  • Coordinate with various agencies to ensure comprehensive support for students and families.

Qualifications:

  • Required: Master’s Degree in Counseling; Valid New York State Certification as a School Psychologist.

  • Preferred: Prior school experience.

Professional Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

  • Commitment to ethical practices and maintaining confidentiality.

  • Proven ability to implement best practices in counseling services.
