Our Front Desk Agents orchestrate seamless arrivals and departures, anticipate needs before they’re spoken, and transform simple requests into memorable moments. With polished professionalism and heartfelt gestures, they ensure every guest’s stay feels like a perfectly curated escape.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by managing check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and special requests with professionalism and attention to detail
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored recommendations, concierge-level assistance, and prompt resolution of concerns to enhance the overall guest experience
- Maintain accurate guest records, process payments, and handle reservations using property management systems while ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy
- Uphold luxury brand standards by presenting a polished, welcoming demeanor and ensuring every guest interaction reflects excellence and hospitality
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and management teams to ensure seamless communication, operational efficiency, and consistently high service quality Pay $19 / hour

1 year experience in same or similar role.

Ability to clearly and pleasantly communicate in English, both orally and in writing.
