IT Internship (General Application) - SY 2026-27

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Data entry

  2. Answer telephones

  3. Organize and maintain file system for employees

  4. Work closely with assigned department staff to gain a real-world perspective of department

  5. Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials for files or distributions

  6. Accompany Director and staff on various offsite assignments

  7. Other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications:

  1. Must be a current High School or College Student

  2. Exceptional customer service skills

  3. Must possess effective oral and written communication skills

  4. Ability to adapt to changing work priorities

  5. Ability to work with constant interruptions

  6. Must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple tasks with continued attention to detail

  7. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, Gmail, Slides, Sheets, etc.) and data analytics software

Physical Demands:

Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 25 lbs., sit, stand, walk, speak, hear and use close vision.
