What is this opportunity? We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Front- End Oriented) to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development of user-centric, cutting-edge interfaces that empower clinicians and improve the effectiveness of behavioral health care. What are we looking for? You are a highly experienced frontend engineer with extensive expertise in React and modern frontend development practices. You have a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable user interfaces. You are passionate about UX/UI design and have the technical ability to bring those designs to life seamlessly.
How will you contribute?
Lead the design and development of complex frontend features and interfaces. Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to create user-friendly solutions. Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast and reliable applications. Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.
Who are you?
5+ years of experience in frontend development. Experience working with JavaScript frameworks, particularly React and its ecosystem Proven experience building a mature Chrome extension used in production by customers Deep hands-on expertise with Chrome Extension APIs and the realities of MV3 (permissions, service workers, messaging, storage, alarms, scripting, declarativeNetRequest where relevant). Demonstrated ability to measure and validate extension performance impact on external systems Experience working on an extension in a multi-team development environment :
Shared ownership, versioned APIs/contracts, coordinated releases backwards compatibility and safe rollout strategies.
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript engineering fundamentals and “production instincts” (debuggability, reliability, defensive coding). Team player with strong communication skills, egoless and transparent Ability to take ownership and make an impact
