Key Responsibilities:

Interpret and read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to understand fabrication requirements.

Operate various fabrication equipment, including CNC machines, welders, and hand tools, to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts.

Conduct quality inspections on finished products to ensure they meet specifications and standards.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and practices.

Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and targets.

Troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues as they arise.

Participate in ongoing training and skill development opportunities.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in metal fabrication is a plus.

Proven experience in metal fabrication, welding, or related fields.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
